The Van Story Part III

The story goes that another person has been seen workin on the 2nd van, changing its color from blue-green to white which is a lot more convenient in these parts.
This second van happened to be also semi-French owned, like the first one that lost its roof, wheels, gear box, alternator and most of its interior and finally disappeared after two weeks.
Curiously enough, the 2nd van changed hands with both owners' consent but without the transfer of money that usually accompanies such a transaction. Two owners indeed, because it was still registered to the previous owner, who still has to sign the papers but doesn't answer his phone, his mother is French and he works as a prison guard but that is not really relevant. He is the one that sold his car to the one who sold it to the guy who 'recycled' the roof from the other one, the one I am helping.
