Sort of a transit zone in the small port of Tarifa.
It is the only notable African presence in town, except for the upcoming 'Moroccan Chique' shops.

Freed a dog from his owner's kite ropes yesterday, and myself from the ropes of a runaway kite.
Cool, next time I go beach walking I'll carry a sharp knife.
