06/02/2007 The last four days I spent something between 3 and 4 hours on the phone to get my gas and electricity reconnected.
The more interesting moments:
-after 10 minutes of music, I got to listen to office background noise; I tried shouting and whistling to attract attention but the fun wore off after 5 minutes
-while some sincerely enthousiastic operator was getting help for my dossier and put me on hold, I got transfered back to the waiting line, to find -only after a while- another enthousiastic operator whom I had to explain everything from scratch
-an enthousiastic operator telling me he found the mistake they kept making sinds Monday, and then apparently making the same mistake again himself.
They probably -there was never a clear answer- cut the connection because the former tenant still owes a 29 EUR bill, I wonder how many minutes of help desk that would cover.

Anyway, got my first rainbow view,
and at night, it's back to candle light.
