Pierce it alive -‘ooh, I thought it was dead’,
wait for a few hours,
then spray some Bloom in it’s face,
decide to let it die in nature anyway,
leaving it to be torn apart alive by ants.
And all this is done by a person who really tries hard to be nice to animals,
saving a little bird fallen from a tree or even a little rat from being beaten to death in the nest.
Women are strange creatures indeed.
